Common Questions Retreat FAQs Q Do I need yoga experience to join the retreat? No prior yoga experience is needed. Our retreat welcomes practitioners of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced. Our teachers will provide modifications and variations to suit your individual needs. Q What is the typical group size? We keep our retreat groups intimate, typically between 8-15 participants. This allows for personalized attention from the teachers and creates a close-knit community atmosphere. Q What should I pack for the retreat? We recommend packing comfortable yoga clothes, a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, a journal, walking shoes for excursions, and any personal items you may need. A detailed packing list will be sent upon registration. Q Is airport transfer included? Airport transfer is not included in the retreat price, but we can arrange it for you at an additional cost. The nearest airport is Dehradun (DED), about 35km from Rishikesh. Q What is your cancellation policy? Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future retreat if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the start date. Full payment is due 14 days before the retreat begins. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
