🥗 Food – Nourishment for Body & Soul

We believe that what you eat during your training is just as important as your practice on the mat. At Karoli Yoga School, we serve pure, fresh and sattvic vegetarian meals, lovingly prepared by our experienced kitchen team with Ayurvedic principles in mind.

You’ll enjoy three wholesome meals daily, designed to:

Meals are made with seasonal local ingredients and cooked with minimal oil and spices to maintain purity. Expect a delicious variety of:

  • Fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, pulses
  • Herbal teas and warm lemon water
  • Indian dishes like dal, sabzi, rice, roti, khichdi
  • Occasional continental-style dishes
  • Light fasting-friendly options (on request)

We understand that everyone’s body is different, so we do our best to accommodate special dietary needs like gluten-free or vegan meals—just let us know in advance.
